Old Academy Players does not offer refunds. All ticket sales are final.
Once tickets have been purchased, refunds will not be issued because of scheduling conflicts, illness, transportation issues, changes in personal plans, a decision not to attend, etc. There are absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.
Ticket Exchanges
Ticket exchanges may be requested by:
- Calling Old Academy Players box office at 215–843‑1109.
- Submitting a request through our website contact form.
All exchanges are subject to availability and are granted at the discretion of Old Academy Players.
Submitting an exchange request does not guarantee that an exchange can or will be made.
Ticketing and Service Fees
Ticketing, processing, and service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
These fees may be charged by our ticketing provider, Universe, in connection with your purchase. If a refund is granted because Old Academy Players cancels a performance, any third-party ticketing or processing fees may remain non-refundable. Please contact Universe regarding any issues related to this as Old Academy Players is not responsible for platform fees.
Please note that, beginning with the 2026 season, patrons of Old Academy Players will be responsible for paying all applicable ticket service fees. This is a measure we are taking so we do not currently have to raise ticket prices. Tickets purchased at the door are not subject to fees.
Inclement Weather & Performance Cancelations
Performances will generally proceed as scheduled unless Old Academy Players determines that conditions require cancellation.
If a performance is canceled by Old Academy Players due to inclement weather or another unforeseen circumstance, ticket holders will be contacted regarding available options, which may include a refund, exchange, or accommodation for a future performance.
If a performance proceeds as scheduled, refunds will not be issued to patrons who choose not to attend because of weather, travel conditions, or any other extenuating circumstances.
By purchasing a ticket (in-person at the box office, over the phone, on our website, or through the Old Academy Players Universe Ticket Portal, you acknowledge and agree to this ticket policy.
